The ex-wife of actor Charlie Sheen was scheduled an appointment to the District Court in Aspen Pitkin, Colorado, on December 19 this year on charges of cocaine possession. However, District Judge Gail Nichols has ordered that the meeting be postponed, with a new date for the January 23, 2012.

"The motion to continue the defense of the accused was scheduled for December 19. By order of Judge Nichols must now appear before the court on January 23, 2012 at 10:30 am," said a statement of the Provincial chief counsel Arnold Mordkin district.

The actress, who was arrested in Aspen, Colorado, earlier this month, has voluntarily entered a detoxification center to continue his fight against alcoholism and drug addiction, having abandoned its earlier plan as an outpatient rehab.

"After long reflection and meditation on the subject, Brooke decided to get away from the media and enter a specialized center with drug treatment in the long run. This will focus on recovery without any other distraction," Steve Honig says, representative of the artist.

Honig addition confirms that the actress will retain custody of two children he has with Sheen, Bob and Max, who will be in charge of the nanny have always had at his family home while his mother recovers.
