Will George Michael sing again?

George Michael's voice could have been affected for life due to pneumonia that is fighting against.

The singer of 48 years was hospitalized in Austria last week and although doctors have confirmed he is improving his vocal cords could have been damaged due to treatment that you are submitting.

"In the worst case, being connected to a ventilator machine can damage your vocal cords. You will need many months of rest. It also depends on how long it will remain connected to the machine, but ourselves for the worst, the disease would affect seriously his ability to sing. The pressure is very close to his vocal cords and could be affected, "said Gerrit Wohlt surgeon specializing in ear, nose and throat.

Meanwhile, the singer's family, his father 75 years, Kyriacos Panayiotou (known as Jack Panos) and her sisters, Melanie Yioda 49 and 53, have moved to Vienna to be near the artist. They have found that the singer's boyfriend, Fadi Fawaz, who has been in the intensive care unit of the hospital since he joined George Michael.

"His entire family is with him. They are like hand in glove and in that sense George is a very lucky man. I love it," said a source close to the newspaper Daily Mail .

It is also rumored that it was the former boyfriend Michael, Kenny Gross, with whom he maintained a relationship for 13 years until 2009, is on its way to Austria.

"Of course Kenny is very worried. It's called every day and always be good friends," the source added.

Due to his illness, George Michael has canceled his remaining 14 concerts of his tour 'Symphonica Tour'.
